James Coles

I am one of the Directors at Ridgeway and have worked for Ridgeway for 10 years, starting out as a trainee in 2014. I love property and assisting buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords with their moves. I have been married to Emily my wonderful wife for over five years and we have a daughter called Dulcie and a Westie called Neville. In my spare time I love taking a stroll to my favourite local The Highworth Hotel for a burger and a cold beer and also enjoy watching football and I am lifelong Arsenal fan!

I am a Property Manager at Ridgeway Estate Agents. I have been working at Ridgeway for 21 years, starting as the Administrator and quickly advanced to a Property Manager. I really enjoy visiting the properties I manage and meeting my tenants and landlords. I find property maintenance very fulfilling with the different challenges it brings on a day to day basis. I am married and have 5 grandchildren which keep me busy in my spare time. I am a member of the Better Gym at the Link Centre in West Swindon and enjoy walking around Lydiard Country Park which is close to where I live.

I am a Property Manager at Ridgeway Estate Agents, where I have had the pleasure of working with my wonderful colleagues for the past two years. What I love about Ridgeway, and what sets us apart, is our unique, comprehensive approach to property management. We, the property managers, handle the entire process, marketing the property and conducting viewings to creating inventories and managing the property. This hands-on involvement, aided by our great admin staff, allows us to act in the best interests of our Landlord, ensuring their properties are well cared for and their needs are fully met. In my spare time, I enjoy reading sci-fi and supernatural books and, most importantly, spending time with my Family.

I'm one of the property managers at Ridgeway Swindon. I've been working for Ridgeway for about 8 years now and thoroughly enjoy it. The role itself is very varied as I cover every aspect of property management from the initial viewing to the check out of an out going tenant. I've been married for 27 years years to my very understanding and tolerant wife, Tatyana, and we have two wonderful children together. As a family we do love our holidays and enjoy eating out. I am also an avid armchair sportsman and a supporter of Liverpool Football Club.

I am one of the ‘backroom staff’ and have been with Ridgeway for nearly 9 years. My admin role includes arranging initial viewings, ordering references and doing the final paperwork for new tenants. I also try to assist existing tenants when the Property Managers are away. I have been married for 23 years to my long-suffering husband Dave (together over 30 years) and have a wonderful daughter of whom I am very proud of. I am an avid Liverpool FC – supporting them for many years and love visiting Anfield. My other interests include reading, eating out and holidays in Cornwall
